  : The whole experience was horrible. My 72 year old grandmother and I booked this room back in April, and I had sent a message to make sure it was handicapped accessible and to place us on the bottom floor because she could not use the stairs. When we arrived they tried to double charge us, even tho I paid in full, and then put us on the second floor. We had to give up the kitchen that we paid for, just to get a room on the first floor. The room was very dirty, the toilet wouldn’t flush, there was a broken recliner chair right next to the front door we could barely get past, the tv didn’t work, the water didn’t get hot, and there was so much noise from the other tenants that we got barely any sleep. Horrible experience and I will never return.
