  : The staff at the front desk answered the phone at 1:34 a.m. They were honest about not having a room ready and the condition of the room and were willing to issue a refund without too many complications.
  : They did not have a room prepared for my stay, although it was booked 3 months in advance.

  : Good location for my needs and clean.
  : Didn't receive any info on check-in about WiFi password. By the time I got back from dinner I realized this and texted the main number and never received a reply. Also curtain was broken and didn't close. Luckily I had a clip with me to use. Exterior looked shabby but room itself was ok.

  : Old and dated is one thing but this place was disgusting. Slummy area, I didn’t feel safe. Staining on the side of the mattress, possible bed bug infestation. Went to office said nope, asked for a refund. Was granted one at the property, but my card was charged anyway…

  : It was a nice place until I got charged twice to stay there then it sure wasn't worth the money I could not say anything in thought of about the place but after I got charged twice I have nothing nice to say this book inside is a piece of s*** they steal your money there is no customer service and they don't give a care about us as clients you can't talk to anybody that keeps telling you I'll call you in 24 hours BS they aren't going to call you they want to keep your money
