  : Was there four days room was never cleaned beds not made no towel service. Wallpaper in bathroom was peeling off counters were dirty around sink. Tiles were loose.

  : Being a Marriot hotel, I expected more. The overall look of the room was worn. The ice room was dirty with what it looked like to be some type of insects. The water in the shower was luke warm. Worse of all was that after a long day, I wanted to veg in front of the TV but the volume in the room didn’t work. I complained but all I got was an apology. The front desk said there was nothing that she could do. I could understand that she's was not a tv repair person, but didn't even offer to discount my room stay for the inconvenience being that I can only sleep with the TV on. I chose the Marriott because I thought everything would be in good working order and up to standards, but at this price point it was NOT worth it.

  : Mainly stayed up use pool and hot tub and hot tub was drained. Called and asked and that was the main purpose of staying there
