  : This was the absolute worst hotel that we have ever booked. The towels stained, black mold and the front desk lady was very rude very ugly and continue to argue with me. She told me that white people were lazy and she did not like them.
  : Absolutely nothing this was the worst hotel that we have ever stayed in. The staff was rude. The bathrooms were dirty free Internet they advertised was no Internet at all. She told me we cannot eat in the rooms and she kept $15 of my $50 deposit for a dirty washcloth hot breakfast included cold cereal, yogurt and waffles. Ask for bottom rooms we were placed on top. No one was in the rooms on bottom floor in front. She tells me at checkout if I didnt like the rooms to go to the hotel down the road they were much better. No toilet paper. Not enough towels. Then charged me almost $100 more than booking.com. Told me it would be.

  : We stayed here as it was a convenient location for the concert we were going to at Sand Mountain Amphitheater.
  : We were woken up by a loud alarm at midnight that stayed on for 30 minutes. There were no staff at the hotel to help, we called the front desk multiple times and no one picked up. We then called Quality Inn’s main phone number and they put us back through to the front desk. Many guests just got in their car and drove away.

  : The location is good you're close to lots of restaurants and shopping
  : The room was dirty! I didn't ask for a smoking room but got put in one. there's cigarettes stains all over the comforters and bathroom smelled like urine. They charge you a 50 dollar deposit for the raggedy towels you get.
