  : To be tottaly honest the only thing my husband and i liked was the fidgeAnd microwave in the room., amid the night audit woman was very helpful and did an exceptional job of acoomidating us even though she could not get us a plunger for the bathroom. You would think they would give there employees the proper tools for any situation that may arise in a hotel at any time she was very apologetic that she could not help with that.
  : Put it like this if you have tattoos and support you NFL team wearing there apparel you will be discriminated on like your a criminal or something else that is entirely not how or what your about it. It's so uncalled for and rude and so uncomfortable to be trying to get breakfast like all the other guest and to be talked about like your not there and looked at like your doing something wrong and to ask for the plunger for your restroom and to be tottaly ignored on purpose is just wrong we paid just like every other guest and the $150 deposit you would think you could at least use the bathroom in your hotel room I just pray they get it together and never do this to another couple ever again we all bleed the same color no one is better the next "GOLDEN RULE"" GM

  : They don't take cash deposit then it takes 1 month to get your deposit back then they will sat a towel is missing and charge the card 100 for towel they are running a scam on guests

  : I like the friendliness of the other guests. And the willingness of staff to solve problems. For example, my grandparents were locked out of their room and the staff didn't waste time and got right to the issue. Had it resolved within the hour.
  : I did not like the cleanliness of the coffee maker. The rest of the room was clean especially the commonly used places like remote and door handles. Wish there was a hot tub but oh well.

  : The staff especially the general manager Trisha no customer service skills and horrible to deal with. Her assistant Jasmine very kind very nice should be the general manager. The fact they charge for soiled lineans and towels is a scam especially when all the lineans are white!
