Beautiful 2-Bedroom Flat + Gym + Pool

  : We asked for 2 bedrooms apartment but the first one that we moved in does not constitute a two bedrooms flat because the second room doesn't have windows. The furniture in the first apartment that we arrived to was all wobbly and broken. We had to contact Vector Travel to repair it but they were not responsive. They only brought a chair when all the dining set table and the dinning table was broken. Middle Table in the living room was wobbly. couch in the living room was damagedThe beds were not comfortable and I got bed bites After three days water started coming out from the floor and it socked the whole living room. then we requested to be moved out to another apartment which we did. The beds in the second second apartment were not comfortable too and were old and the mattress was caved in. Windows blind were broken and bathroom drains were clogged. So we had to request for maintenance to come. Please keep in mind that requesting maintenance during COVID-19 situation doesn't make the journey pleasant at all.

  : Nothing. This place is horrible and the staff of both the property and the booking group need customer service training.
  : Too much too mention. I'll let the pictures do the talking. Keep in mind that I had to clean feces off the bathroom wall.

  : I liked that it was a good location, a good price, good parking, and excellent check in/check out!!! A much better choice than a cramped hotel room!
  : Wished there would have been more towels and there was room for improvement on furnishings.
