  : Let the buyer beware. Pictures are from 30 years ago. I would rename this place the “We Haven't Cleaned This Room Since the Reagan Administration So We Thought We’d Offer It to You Even Though There Are No Other Guests Here Except the Long-Term Tenant Who Is Stomping Around Above You Until 1:30 a.m. Motel” ! Seriously, you’re not even pretending to do the bare minimum. This room is DIRTY with a capital D.Terrible ceiling lighting in rooms as if they put in one 25 watt bulb where there should be 100 watts in each socket. Carpet is NOT vacuumed. Dust bunnies hanging from the walls and all surfaces such as the non-working phone. Neither clock had the right time. Various marks and stains on all walls, paint job urgently needed. Food residue ON nightstand and in dresser drawers along with a complimentary blood smear.Mirror surface in the main room was oddly dirty as if someone had “cleaned” it at some point with furniture polish. Bathroom walls DIRTY!! Blue toothpaste and lots of weird white stains on bathroom walls (from splashed water mixed with the weird clay soap?). Pubic hair on sink :(. Was the toilet cleaned? I’m guessing no. No, that wasn’t really a guess, it looked dirty, had hair, brown spots, not the kind caused by sulfur water. Lots of residue from the water CAKED on the faucets and showerhead. I wanted to shower but opted out because the drain area looked broken and unsafe like I might cut my toe. My hands felt dirty after using the clay-like soap. Towels are hard (!), as if they had been line dried in a somewhat cold environment.Went to my car to get my expensive sanitary wipes. Grime on doorknob. Curtain coming off rail, unlocked window. No sign of bed bugs upon inspection but the “bed bug detection trap” in the corner of the room did NOT instill confidence. Opted to keep my clothes on and not get under the covers. Gross smears on the outside of the fridge, didn’t look closely at the inside.
