A damage deposit of USD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
5.00 USD State Recovery Fee, is not included in the price. Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Pet Policy:
Sonesta ES Suites welcomes up to two pets per room and have a non-refundable sanitation fee to ensure that no future guests with allergies have any trouble after you depart. Service dogs are allowed anywhere in our hotels and are an exception to the non-refundable sanitation fee.

When travelling with dogs, there is an extra charge of $75 fee per 7 night stay and $25 per week thereafter applies. Maximum of 2 dogs per room are allowed.
