: Breakfast was great, liked sitting at the table and talking with other guests.
: I did not get to stay at Allen House [where the cats were]. I'm hoping they take it off the listing as guests are sent to the Amherst Inn [which the same people run]. I liked the Amherst Inn.

: THIS RESPONES IS NOT A LIKE. The owner did greet us, though we did wait a bit for the door to be answered when we arrived and were not sure if anyone was there. He did not introduce himself, though was a very pleasant person.
: It was not made clear on Booking.com that the breakfast was at another location. There was no one (staff person/owner) available in the morning. Ourselves along with other guests were wandering around questioning beverages, etc. It was another guest that brought up traveling to their other venue for breakfast (unfortunate at this is part of the bed and breakfast experience). While the bathroom was basically clean there were a good number of cobwebs and very dusty surfaces (fortunate we did not have a dust allergy). The owner entered our room to turn on the heat while we were gone and shut off the lights when leaving the room. Our issue with this is we were not made aware of it and we always leave a light on at night, especially in an unfamiliar place. The room was extraordinarily warm making sleep difficult (though the ceiling fan was helpful). It would have been nice to have control over the heat, or made aware of how it could be adjusted
