  : Bedsheets looks dirty, bathroom is dirty, none of the staff speaks english, no breakfast, rude man on the front desk, the wall is so thin i could hear the snore in the other room. And they put my family close to the laundry room. Very bad experience in that hotel

  : booking.com is very misleading for this hotel. this is not a hotel, its a motel/inn. booking.com advertised "good location" and the pictures were very misleading. do not trust the pictures only book if you want a motel/inn. I will say the staff was extremely friendly and hospitable. This was the only highlight of the stay. the rooms are less than mediocre.

  : My recent stay at Lemon Tree Hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. Here are the key issues I faced during my stay:1. Extremely Thin Walls: Both nights, we experienced people shaking our door handles, making it impossible to feel safe or sleep peacefully.2. Dirty Room: The cleanliness of the room was appalling. I dropped something behind a dresser and discovered that housekeeping simply sweeps everything under the dressers and beds. The level of dirt and debris was unacceptable.3. Lack of Housekeeping:Housekeeping did not visit our room at all during our stay. This lack of service is inexcusable for a hotel.4. No Shampoo in the Shower: There was no shampoo provided, just an empty bottle in the shower, which added to the overall neglect.5. Parking Issues: Despite advertising available parking, if you return late, there's no parking available. Additionally, the exit gate doesn’t work, forcing guests to drive backwards to exit the premises. We even witnessed fights over parking during our stay.6. Disturbing Phone Calls: The worst part was the hotel phone ringing in intervals of 30 minutes throughout the night. There was no one on the other end, and this continuous disturbance made it impossible to get any sleep. Imagine being woken up every 30 minutes by a loud, alarm-like phone on your vacation.Overall, I strongly advise against booking with Lemon Tree Hotel. The combination of safety concerns, poor cleanliness, lack of essential services, and constant disturbances made for an incredibly unpleasant stay. Heed my warning and do NOT book with Lemon Tree.
