  : ENJOYED THE BREAKFAST!! ENJOYED THE VARIETY.
  : THE JACUZZI WAS DIRTY!!!! THERE WAS A LOT OF REMODELING GOING ON SO THE FIREPLACE IN THE ROOM DID NOT WORK - I WOULD HAVE ENJOYED THAT. THE ELEVATOR HAD BOXES COVERING THE WALLS AND FLOORS. THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO GIVE ME CHANGE FOR THE WASHER/DRYER. AS MUCH AS I PAID EVERYTHING SHOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER.

  : That the rooms were affordableThere's kitchenettes in many of rooms, very helpful when traveling with a family. Breakfast was very yummy, waffle maker was broken while we were there though

  : The location is great, set back enough from the main roads and freeway that you can't hear the traffic. The entry, dining area, pool area, and main floor bathrooms were all clean, and inviting and I felt comfortable having my kids there. The breakfast options are great. It's buffet style, eggs weren't that weird hotel egg texture, they had bacon and sausage, biscuits and gravy along with waffles, yogurt, and breads. My kids loved the pool and hot tub, it was never crowded which was nice as it is smaller. The room was clean and had no weird smells. The beds were nice sizes and we fit well. No bed bugs and the mattress protectors. We didn't need to interact with the staff except to get an extra blanket and pillow and at check-in/check-out. Not memorable interactions.
  : Our bed was horrible. (I will also note that my husband and I are plus-size people as that is sometimes a factor in how beds feel.) It was so hard and lumpy, I slept like crap and woke up cranky, ended up having to pay for a massage nearby at Asgard, and had to get an adjustment from chiro. My 17-year-old daughter did not complain about her sleep. The hotel is older, I stayed here for my senior prom night 20 years ago and I'm pretty sure it was the same carpet. I know this place has undergone some changes over the years, but I feel it has been focused on the downstairs lobby/restaurant areas. The toilet seat lid was broken (missing a piece) and kept falling off, everything felt outdated, the TV was smaller and had cable (it was somewhat nice as I enjoyed the nostalgia and I didn't even know this old Comcast basic cable was still an option - no "On Demand") but no option to turn on a streaming service and my little kids don't understand commercials - it was interesting but also a tad annoying trying to watch a movie with them. The elevator appeared a bit rickety and small - with a baggage cart my family of 6 had to go up separately.

  : This was our third time staying here, it’s close to home which we love.
  : Our room had no bath towels when we checked in, but were promptly delivered after calling the front desk, thank you! There were strands of hair in the bathtub/bathroom but other than that, the room was spotless.
