  : I was extremely disappointed with the service , they showed me a room to move and in the process I forgot my note book as I was studying in the room that they showed me I ve asked 100 times for someone to have a look to see if they founded the lack of interested to help and the service was so bad that I checked out and went to another hotel I ve also asked for the refund but no-one reached out from your team , the manager Gabe told me he was not going to charge for the rooms as he know that was their mistake with the rooms but so far I have been charged .

  : Perfect location, easy driving acces and 5 mn walk from busy downtown without the noise !Spacious room
  : Poor service at front desk and housekeeping ,Old hotel badly needing to be updated.The king room we had reserved was not available anymore on arrival ... we had to talk and talk with the front desk to finally got a room ...which badly needs to be updated : unconfortable bed, outdated bathroom and bathroom door broken, very noisy airco ...The next day, coming back to change for dinner after a long day out , we realized the room had not cleaned. They could not do anything except apologize. The 3d day, the room had been cleaned but without recharging cups and coffee, which we had to get from the bar ... Being part of the Marriot group, this hotel shoud provide the service guests are paying for !

  : If all you require is a Room this place is perfect. Otherwise it's one of the worst places I've ever state. The people were nice at the front desk and kept saying they were going to fix things, but that didn't work out. I came back the first day the beds were not made, the towels had been changed the bathroom countertop and I've the toilet had not been cleaned This was a constant theme.Almost every day, asking them to make sure that the room was thoroughly cleaned and vacuum. Then there's the light that works when it wants to. Lol then there's the dental floss in the middle of the floor as you walk off the elevator. Just lying in there the lobby had plenty of seating, but it was dated. The carpet is old and dirty dingy looking. I think out of a seven days stay one day they cleaned the room properly after the head of housekeeping had to go and make sure it was done.
