  : Immediately called front dest to report the brown water from sink and tub. Clerk said, she'll send maintenance up. I waited but maintenance never came. Couldn't shower or wash hands. Had to use the bottled waters they gave at check in to wash and brush.

  : Well kept and secluded property. Hotel was clean throughout and staff were friendly always.

  : Location was fairly close to the stadium, about a 20-25 min walk. The beds were pretty comfortable.
  : I reserved a king room with a balcony and paid for it upfront. Check in was smooth, but when I get to the room it's not a king, but instead 2 fulls and no balcony. When I go back to the desk they say that I got bumped because I used a third party to book the room, and that the better rooms are for their rewards club members. Who cares who it was booked through?? I paid for a product/service that I did not receive, and was given an inferior substitute with no refund of the difference or even an apology. What's the point of making a reservation if they don't honor it? I checked-in in the evening, so in the morning I went to the desk to ask about this and the attendant was extremely rude and said the Booking.com put me in the room I got, which is absurd because I had the reservation for the king room right in front of me. "Not my problem" was the response. If it is the policy of Hilton to defraud people of services they have already paid for because someone else shows up with a rewards card, I can assure you I will never stay at any of their properties again. Along with that, the overall condition of the building was somewhat rundown and old. Not what one normally expects from a Hilton property, and certainly not worth the price charged.
