  : The hotel was clean and the staff was great!
  : It was my first trip to Auburn. I really didn’t like the area. It seemed run down. The only suggestion I can make to the hotel is to update the rooms with USB and USB-C plugs for phones and laptops. It was a good thing I brought plug adapters or I wouldn’t have been able to complete my work.

  : Room hotel was comfortable, staff was friendly and really nice. The surrounding area was gorgeous with easy access to a trail and close to Auburn's downtown.
  : Nothing major to include here, the hotel lacked a little bit on the attention to details. Ice machine on our floor didn't work and they had a sign for a vending machine that wasn't there.Also, in the room it was mentioned they had room service available (at a fee), but ended up no longer being offered. While that was not an issue (and we picked up our food downstairs), it was a bit of a rundown and again, seems like a lack of attention to detail.

  : I never checked into the room. They advertised amenities that were not available upon arrival now I’m having trouble getting credit for the room back to my affirm account so I’m not happy with booking.com for that either
