  : it was infested with bugs, the Wi-Fi was spotty, there was construction happening on scaffolding, directly outside of our window, and I was told to park an extra vehicle in a specific area that I subsequently was towed from. They refused to accept responsibility, saying that, as the name on the room I should have parked in the designated spot, and my aunt should have parked where they told me extra car should park. However, no one asked for my aunt’s car information, and the tow truck company informed me that they would have towed her if she had been parked there. I guess they would have paid for it then, I don’t know because the management team said that “he didn’t think that it was going well, and he was going to hang up.“ when I was on the phone with him. no one from their team is actually on site, they are all located in California. When my car was towed, they had no way to even find out the name or number of the towing company and they just kept texting the apartment complex management team. At this point, I didn’t know if my car has been towed or stolen, I just knew that it was going. 45 minutes later I still did not have the phone number for the towing company so I hung up with Kasa aunt called the apartment property management team directly after getting their phone number from their website. I had the phone number to the towing company within 30 seconds. I was in town for a holiday makers market and all of my inventory was in my vehicle. My child’s car seat was also in the vehicle. Because I had to go out to the tow yard to get my car. I was late for the market, making me lose valueable income that I rely on as a single mom and business owner.

  : I loved the look and feel of the apartment
  : The walls were thin especially when someone was in the apartment above with kids. You can here the steps which was annoying. There was also construction out my window.

  : none of the entry codes worked initially we were unable to lock the room and so wasted an evening and the following morning waiting for someone to sort it out.

  : Kitchen had very good selection of cooking utensils. Great shower, hot water and good pressure. Good lighting.
  : Carpet was dirty and stained. No local news channels on TV. No TV in bedroom.
