  : Units were very clean. Local neighborhood felt safe, but would be cautious walking from this area to downtown.Limited interaction with staff. They were friendly and sent several texts to ensure everything was going well. Ramp and grab bars in bathroom for handicap accessible unit
  : Handicap accessible unit needs some work. This unit is too cramped to move around using a wheelchair without moving furniture and bed is too low to ground. Still, Mint House receives kudos for trying to provide handicap accessible units as many places in Austin did not.

  : The accommodation was ideal, we just needed somewhere to stay for a night and it worked well.
  : Booking.com said that the quoted price included taxes and service fees but that was not the case and I got invoiced more than I was expecting.

  : Overall, was very nice. For some reason, thought there would be an oven, but we managed as the kitchen was equipped well. Quiet, but still close to downtown. Great coffee shop within walking distance.
  : A bit confusing knowing what our parking area was and directions could have been a bit more detailed as to location of unit within the complex.

  : Location is fantastic. Unit itself was fun and stylish. Parking was easy and free. Communication with staff over an issue was quick and efficient.
  : Refrigerator made a ton of noise and had to turn it off. The building is stylish but built on the cheap, as the floor vibrated when guests in an adjacent unit walked around. You could also hear doors closing and noise from the hallway very clearly in the unit. And between Booking.com and Mint House, I received at least 10 emails about this stay, so definitely need to work on efficiency and consolidating communication with guests.
