  : Nothing went well. The room was infested with roaches. There were swarms behind the bed, they were all over the furniture, and crawling all over the walls. We did not stay the night after seeing just how many roaches were in the room. Maybe the front desk person was polite, but certainly the level of customer service could not compensate for the hazardous conditions of the room.
  : The location was seedy. The regular customer base was sketchy. The rooms smelled terrible which I can only imagine was the smell of chemical roach killer. There were hundreds and hundreds of roaches and roach babies on all furniture, walls, floors, and throughout the room and bathroom. It was absolutely disgusting and extremely concerning that this business can continue to operate while being so hazardous.
