  : Staff was super nice! Nice, cozy, great views.
  : The pool water was very cloudy and there should be more info about the shuttle bus. The bed in the unit I stayed in needs to be replaced. It's very uncomfortable & old. Also, the people in the unit above me walked like they had cement shoes- so loud!

  : The location was amazing. I will love to come again during the winter time.
  : My main con was no air conditioning in the room. We went in May and it was beautiful outside around 73 degrees but inside the room had to be around 80. Also the fan above the bed would only stay on if you left the light on above the bed as well. My fiance wanted to try the sauna but we couldn't get it to work.

  : location was ideal. We enjoyed some of the amenities but others were either broken or unusable during to uncleanliness. Beds were comfortable and plenty of seating in the living room and dining. starter toiletries, paper towels, small sponge and dish soap, coffee, S/P, toilet paper, pots/pan cutlery, plates/bowls, appliances all there. Needed very minor for basic needs. Views were gorgeous.
  : Furniture and carpet was very dated and dingy. Couch was extremely stiff and uncomfortable. Dishes were not very clean. I rewashed everything before using. One frying pan even had dried up eggs on it. Down stairs bedroom had a constant humming noise making it impossible to sleep without earplugs. The downstairs toilet handle rusted and broke and we had to take the top of the toilet tank off to flush each time. The pool and jacuzzi were disgusting and unusable. Which sucked because it would have been nice to soak in after skiing and tubing. A storm was coming in the day we were leaving and we asked for a late check out which they gave us another hour which was great but the cleaning people showed up at 9:50 am (10 min before original check out) saying they were told we were already gone. They didnt even knock, they just came in. Very uncomfortable and unacceptable. Then around 10:15, someone else came by checking to see if I was still there. Again, disruptive. If you give someone another hour, give them the hour. Dont have people show up multiple times. We have to turn in the key at check out so they know when we left. Coming to the door every 10-15 minutes was not necessary. It was intrusive and uncomfortable.

  : Very close to the ski resort. Staff was friendly and the game room and pool were great!
  : We had no coffee pot, although there was a coffee maker. We asked for the pot and extra pillows and blankets and they didnt bring them until late the next day. Housekeeping is not available after hours. It was difficult to adjust the temperature in the condo. The pool and hot tub could have been cleaner.
