  : The only reason I stay here each visit is the charging station for the my car the hotel needs a deep cleaning and basic maintenance and repairs
  : Room smelled once the heater was turned on repairs needed to property above normal wear and tear and a deep clean to the rooms

  : I booked this hotel for a one night stay for my kids to enjoy the pool. When I checked in the pool was closed for the rest of the day. Bummer. Because I initially booked another hotel whose pool was being renovated and canceled to get this room. Well now we were stuck so let's just make the best of it. We'll eat breakfast in the morning and be in our way. Well not the case. Breakfast, RAN OUT. My kids and I came down to eat breakfast a little after 9am and was told the food RAN OUT. I asked to speak to the manager the receptionist said she had been calling the manager all morning and was not able to reach him. She was clearly agitated by the tone of her voice. About two hours later when I was about to check out, I spoke to the manager about my concerns and how my trip for my kids was completely ruined and I wanted a refund. He offered me a 20% discount stating he can't control there was an accident in the pool. He had the nerve to use a Waterpark having to shut down a pool due to an accident as an analogy to the hotel pool having to shut down. I refused to entertain ignorance. Because if a Waterpark shut down completely not even an hour after opening for the entire day, that Waterpark would definitely compensate for the inconvenience and provide a refund or voucher to come another day. This man told me Oh well there is nothing he can do about it and could only offer me 20% for not being able to eat breakfast. Here's the kicker...He said he is the owner of the hotel!! But can only give a completely dissatisfied customer 20% back! And this was a hotel I was going to recommend to my family for our family reunion becasue of the indoor pool. NOT! I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my WORSE enemy.

  : Room clean only every three days no clear schedule poor on management and cleanliness we all shit shower and shave on everyday base. My trash sat for three days stuck in room with trash . Eventually I cleaned and changed sheets so I left early but there no refund contract but a fee to leave early . Owner didn’t care
