  : The hotel was beautiful! Great breakfast!Amenities like orange water available in the lobby were appreciated.
  : Our room was right next to the elevator and we could hear a lot of street noise. There were very few outlets in the room. The bathroom needed a shelf to put things on and hooks to hang things on. The shower could not be turned off so you could just use the tub.

  : Tjlhe staff at the reception were kind and top notch
  : On the second morning of my stay, the breakfast wait staff forgot to put out saucers or a trash can in which to throw used napkins and Splenda papers ; and tjere was no salt and pepper for the hard boiled eggs.

Disappointing

  : I actually found my stay to be overall tranquil and pleasant + I absolutely loved the art and the design of the building.
  : I had a very intense experience with a woman that works at the hotel. She was very disrespectful and I felt very disappointed.After more than an hour of the check out time. I received a voice message from another person from the hotel team. He was asking me for the key + if I was going to check out when I had already done it (few minutes later the check out time). I notified the receptionist and I shared that I had a little wound in my head and one of the pillow cases had some blood on it and directly asked him how much they would charge for the pillow incident. He said, all was good and that the housekeeper would take care of it. He did not ask for the key upon the check out. I had left the key in the room when I checked out knowing that not all hotels obligate the guests to leave the keys at the reception.I called later in the afternoon when I saw the message and a woman responded with irritability, and passive agressiveness. She was disregarding me. She told me if they did not find the key then I was going to be charge half of the deposit. I accepted (even if I had not been notified to leave the key at the reception. Which was their mistake). So I asked her if they had another person to talk to. She transfered the call making me believe that I was going to be transferred to someone else and they did not had anyone to transfer me to. Then at the end she commented that they have an accountant and that I could leave a message because he/ or she was not available.They held a deposit apart of the total of the hotel nights and they returned the money and the transfer is not still processed. However, even though the deposit held is transferred in my account and may be fully processed. For me it's more important to be respected and treated with politeness. Which was not the case by the woman.My intention is to bring greater awareness to the stuff from the hotel. So that they can offer a more mindful and courteous customer service experience in the future.
