Policies

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 1 year old stay for US$15 per person per night when using an available cot.
People no matter the age stay for US$15 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please notify Hillcrest Lodge in advance if checking in after 20:00.

Cribs are available upon request. Please notify Hillcrest Lodge in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Please contact Hillcrest Lodge in advance regarding pet policies and charges.

Daily Housekeeping services are available upon request. Please contact the front desk to request housekeeping services.

For one night reservations, guests will be charged 100% on the day of booking.

Please note that dogs are welcome for an additional per stay, per pet fee. The maximum is 2 dogs per reservation, and they cannot be left unattended in rooms. Information on local pet sitting can be provided upon request.

One parking space per room please plan accordingly.
