  : the view and location were amazing
  : spider webs all over the patio, front door and some inside. The broom which I needed was outside on the deck covered in webs. When we arrived there was standing water and food particles on the disposal side and the garbage disposal wasn’t working my husband fixed it so we didn’t have to call. We cooked a couple of meals which was challenging with poor selection of pans and no cutting board. We used wash cloths to do the dishes as there wasn’t any dish rags.

  : The couch and chair had pet hair all over, were not clean, the carpet was very old and thin, there was a rodent in the closet during the night, and the yard furniture was broken, falling apart as well as the yard had such tall weeds/grass as to not be usable. The property is not kept up. Also, this was listed as a lake front property and sits way back from the lake with no real access to the lake because of a gully full of weeds and bushes between the back yard and the lake. Also, the bed was very uncomfortable. We left after first night and asked for a refund but were denied due to their no refund policy. Also, it didn't feel safe because the key lockbox on the front porch has two lockboxes, and the one next door had the code still on the box which matched ours, so any intruder could have gotten hold of the key, made a copy, etc. Lastly, there was a garage access listed that, first of all, would not open after many tries, and second of all has a two inch curb going into it that wouldn't be good for tires on a car.

  : the cabin was cute I loved the location great views the water was way way down they cant control that. i loved the little dock to sit on it was nice to see the view
  : we had alot of issues. we didnt know there was 45 dollers to check in after 7. when the key isen`t at the office they called a person in to check me in getting the key from the lock box was hard. and keys were tuff to use. the garage is not near the cottage and has no access to the cottage we had to carry our bags 50~60 feet and down stairs into the cabin. which was pain the garage to park the car is so small you had to pull it out to get people inside the car. the toilet was backed up the second day we were there. called cool cabins they sent a guy out the toilet worked ok for about 5 hours and backed up and even the shower backed up as well and you couldn`t shower or use the toilet. they offered us another cabin but it was late and my babies were already in bed sleeping so we choose to stay and deal with it. they called in the morning said they don`t want to call a plumper becuase there not cheap sent out another worker who said said it was the main line and he opened the outside drain in the yard filling it with waste from the toilet i mean poop everywhere i dont know how he would have cleaned it up we left. so my kids wern`t exsposed to it. they offered to help by taking our trash for free and a later checkout but how can you stay later if the toilet is broken there poop over there backyard. i told them that wasn`t enough so I got 50 dollers back for the 2 days we could not use the toilet. Also a huge factor they say it is a 3 bed twin bunkbed in 1 room its not the bed is a full on bottem and twin on top of it the other bed they say is a twin is a chair that folds doen you can fit if your 5 years old no bigger he fit fit great but i nneded a adult to sleep there and nope not happing
