: two bathrooms, fireplace, kitchen, TV with great selection of channels, pool, nice views from windows without other windows/people looking into your kitchen, living room, etc. Drive up to your front porch, near it. Cute table and chairs, comfortable living room furniture. Cute bear rugs, wall hangings. Enjoyed! Kincaide vistas in hanging art. Washer and dryer. Dishwasher. Very hot water. Microwave. The sheer curtains, which let sunlight inside while obscuring a view to me and the inside of the house from people walking by-- Very thankful for that. Great. Decor made it a special place. Kitchen had nice clean sponge/new, two towels, trash sacks, coffee, coffee maker, pans, plates, cups. Very clean refrigerator. Very good working gas stove. I liked the wallpaper that simulated a log cabin on the wall at the head of the bed, great bear painting with pastel quilt on the bed, so quaint and so perfect. Very nice warm blanket. Hangers and hooks for coats and jackets. Yay! Clean drawers by bed. Lots of media choices. Ad says no WIFI, but it had GREAT WIFI. VERY FAST.
: Because Unit 17 (next to 16) had the "1" in "17" part painted out.. drove and drove around trying to find this unit!!!! I even called to tell Cool Cabins that I could not find it. I was just about convinced I had driven to the wrong place even though I had GPS'ed it on my phone. It looked like it was Unit 7, instead of 17, which really made it impossible to find 16 because it was under the stairs and could not see at all while driving around. Would prefer bed be in zippered bed bug proof cases for best protection. The plumbing and/or floors and walls had a continuing strong odor of mildew or mold, especially in the kitchen and from time to time, the bedroom bath area. At first, I had a strong allergic reaction to. The nice lamp by the bed was not able to be plugged in. So, no light. I bought lightbulbs to put in the lamp, but then discovered there was no plug for the lamp. The bathroom (obviously) could use a re-do. Perhaps the walls get dirty looking because there is no fan in the bathroom. The chair at the kitchen/bar counter had a big slit. Kitchen drinking glasses--Ew. Some good looking plastic shelf paper would enhance the kitchen "experience." Wanted stoppers for kitchen sinks to cut the mold smell. The silverware was kind of sad looking, but of course, if guests/people steal a lot of the stuff, understandable. The one pan I used (made in India) had a strong, strange "metal" smell, even after a good wash in the dishwasher. The other pans were what looked like the old kind of Teflon (couldn't bear to use)Missed having brighter light. Lighting was dim in living room, hallway and kitchen. Kitchen/bar would look so great with better lighting. (Not in budget, probably, yet, but could be so cool.) Maybe a better looking waste can, although glad it had a lid. The two left burners on the stove did not light. The dining table was so cute, but ..
