  : We did not eat breakfast as we wanted a full breakfast and when my husband visited the area and items, we went elsewhere. Your staff at check in and Valet parking attendant Marci were outstanding. The only really great thing we observed.Our room / bathroom was very clean.
  : I requested a handicap room and the web site said that was no problem. I would be surprised if ADA certified at all.My wheelchair BARELY fit on the small elevator must less a luggage cart. Elevator was ancient, noisy and outdated. When we reached the 7th floor, the elevator would not close or work. Maintenance was called to repair. We were told if not fixed we would have to walk down 7 flights of stairs.....remember I am in a wheelchair!!. The elevator was fixed by the time we needed to exit for dinner. The 2nd elevator was out of service...and we were told had been.My wheelchair would not fit through the bathroom door or fit in bathroom. It barely, maybe 2 inches, through the room door. I could not operate the wheels myself, only push by husband.The shower was very nice, but the floor was extremely slippery. My husband made me put a towel on floor of shower.There was NO COMFORTABLE CHAIR IN THE ROOM, only a small slipper type chair.

  : There was a large gathering racing cars outside until 2 am. Also hear several gun shots fired at 2 am. Not safe hotel.

  : What breakfast??? I liked NOTHING about that hotel-dirty and a constant HUM in our room. I had no idea of the origin of that noise
  : It was a horrible experience. The woman at the front desk was rude and inattentive. I asked her a question and she totally ignored me . Behaved like she had done time with undesirables. Who would hire that kind of person?

  : I booked this hotel with high expectations because of the great reviews. When we arrived, we were told that the elevators did not work and we had to walk 6 flights of stairs. They ended up fixing the elevators, but they sounded like they would break down at any second and we had to call the front desk to send the elevator to our floor (the button didn’t work). When we arrived to the room we noticed the air was not working properly and the temperature continued to get hotter by the minute. The top of the iron was broken and the refrigerator was not cooling. Staff tried their best to assist, but it was a maintenance issue and maintenance was not working at that time. The room became uncomfortably hot. We ended up having to find another hotel because their were no other room available. Again, the front desk staff and valet were AMAZING, but the hotel needs some work.
  : Room air not working and thermostat being locked even with staff assistance. Elevators not working. Refrigerator not cooling.Iron broken.
