  : First room smelled like puke and we slipped on floor in entry way. Probably vomit that was not cleaned up. The staff kindly let us get another room but it was not much better. At least not as gross but still gross. The whole facility smelled like rotten fish and pee. People were smoking pot in the room next to us. This is a roach motel if I've ever seen one. We thought it would be helpful because it was close to airport. No way. Parking is not even free for a week. I should have paid $75 more to stay somewhere else. You get what you pay for and that is an understatement.

  : The room was clean.
  : The Carpets in the building were filthy... heavy stains, bleach spots, thick dust along floor molding. There is NO elevator in this facility. We had to carry our bags (heavy) up the stairs while the steps were wet from mopping. They used no fan to dry the steps; only a wet floor sign on the hard steps. The inside lobby windows frames heavily damaged by water seepage, the drywall was swollen and hanging lose from the wall studs. The ice maker in the hallway was not working and there was not a posting to inform patrons of this. The toilet seat in our room was very loose and hazardous. The hard covered floors were slippery as was the bathtub-shower. The towel bar was loose and fell off the wall. The desk chair would not adjust, i.e. it would not raise up, it was stuck in the lowest position. The window was filthy!! The coffee maker had the wrong filter basket making coffee out of the question. The television remote did not work; and after 3 phone calls to the front desk, the attendant did arrive 40 minutes later and replaced the remote but still not working. After a long period; power and picture were extablished. Upon future use, the volume was limited, many of the remote features did not work. Then to top it off, we could not turn the T.V. OFF! We had to unplug the set to stop it when not watching it. The parking lot looked like a war zone... holes, large gaps, loose debri etc. The shuttle was old and dirty. The staff spoke very little English.. making communications difficult! The driver was very late on airport pickup and after 3 calls for status, he arrived. Then on dropping us off at the airport; he dropped us off at the wrong entrance. He said it was the correct entrance but we ended up at the far entrance and having to take 2 elevators and much walking to go to where he was supposed to drop us off at.

  : Nothing at all the staff are a discrimination and they shout at me and abuse me. Knocking on my door room when I pay for everytime.

  : Breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast offering.
  : The beds were very uncomfortable. The mattresses need to be replaced.

  : The bed was clean and comfortable.
  : The outside is siding on the hotel and the windows are in need of repair. The stair tiles are broken. There is no elevator, so being a senior citizen it was difficult to get my suitcase up the stairs. The breakfast had no fruit or hot food.Worst of all, the fire detector in my room was beeping every 30 seconds, so the hotel clerk came into my room and took the battery out of it. He did not put a new battery in. He said to me, " it won't beep anymore."

  : We got there around 1am it was no problem to call the shuttle and check in.
  : The hotel was old and everything was worn. The bedsheets weren't ironed and it looked like somebody had slept in the bed before. The mattress was uneven and I rolled into the middle. Breakfast was only until 9am. I world have liked it to be until 10am.(considering that people get in late)
