  : When house keeping cleaned the room the door was not shut closed and anyone could have walked in luckily no one did

  : It was clean enough considering it is a tourist destination and these hotel rooms get turned over quickly. We stayed 5 nights and the cleaning staff was GREAT, only day we didn’t get at least a quick clean was because someone (in our group) put up a do not disturb card.
  : I did not enjoy check in. The woman who worked the front desk Sunday, 7/14 after check in was the worst part of the whole stay. When I arrived she was on her cell phone. We checked in, I had booked a family room, I thought a suite so I didn’t question when we only got two keys for one room. I walk up 3 flights of stairs and to the furthest room from the front desk (331) and open the room to one bed and a pullout. There’s been a mistake so I go back. She gives me keys for room 333, I tell her it should be room 330 if it’s an adjoining room. She says no, all the while having a full PERSONAL conversation on her phone. I walk back up 3 flights to the back, an lo and behold, the second set of keys don’t open that room. I check room 333, just down the hall, not only does my key work, THERES A GUEST ALREADY CHECKED INTO THAT ROOM. So I go back down the 3 flights, and she finally gives me the right key without so much as an apology. I was going back and forth unnecessarily, she was having a full on conversation while being short to me and my questions and she violated the privacy of the guest(s) in room 333.
