  : Upholstered furniture in room was stained( barstools and sofa). No vending machines on property.

  : The location was nice and clean. Staff were amazing and very friendly
  : Unfortunately the Restaurant was understaffed to (1) cook, server, bar attendant. It was chaos and uncomfortable. We felt pretty bad for the server who did her best under such harsh environment.

  : Location was great- resort itself could have been nice. 3 bedroom- all king beds- nice pool area.
  : They downgraded our room in arrival from a presidential to a much smaller roon with no bath for a 2yr old- told us they had an included water park- took 90 min to get checked in- no management there at 3pm- was to contact us next day to move us- never heard from them- ask for them 3 times- still no reply- never got moved or compensated for difference in room - restaurant was a mess- floors were filthy- showers were not clean. Amber at front desk called me a liar. We disputed charges when we got home- Heather- general manager- finally called then- was rude- offered no compensation- hung up on me- have been reported to BBB numeroua times. Would not go back!

  : The restaurant/bar was not open on Monday and Tuesday but that was not made evident until we tried to go. Hazardous intersections for pedestrians as well as vehicles.

  : Pull out couch was a disaster with bars and bumps in your back. We had to buy a bow up mattress. Heat was unreal. From noon till about 11pm it never dropped below 83 in the unit. It was so hot it was hard to sleep.
