  : There was nothing that I liked about the Property!
  : The lobby stunk like a wet dog. So I could not be in the lobby longer than need be. There was mold all over the ceiling in room 103. The floors were gross in the room and the hallways. I walked to the pool and the hallway from outside to the pool building was not swiped. It looked like it had not been swiped in months.

  : The first room they put us in had a ladder in the bathtub and mold on the ceiling, part of the ceiling had been removed. We didn't have enough towels in the room they moved us to. We asked for more towels & extra bedding since there were 5 of us. We received the towels but no bedding, We were promised it would be in the room when we returned from dinner. We got back at 10:30 & it wasn't. We asked again & they said they would be there shortly (never came). We hung up all of our towels to reuse in case they didn't bring clean ones the next day. When we returned to our room at 6:00 to freshen up for dinner, they hadn't cleaned our room, but they had taken our 5 towels & left 2. We again asked for more towels before leaving for dinner. When we returned at 11:00, no towels had been delivered. I went down to the lobby (which was locked), the woman working came & talked to me through the door. I asked for towels, told her that we had been at Silver Dollar City all day & would like to shower before we went to bed. She told me I would have towels delivered within 20 minutes. I went back at 11:30. When the woman saw it was me at the door, she rolled her eyes & got up & came to the door. Very rudely, she said, "you will get your towels in the morning." I told her that we really were sweaty & dirty & wanted to shower before bed. She said, "we don't have any towels, they are going to have to wash some & bring them in the morning." When I told her that we would be leaving in the morning, she yelled at me to "have a good night" & walked away. Earlier I had overheard a man in the lobby asking for towels, he said to the lady working, "I'm sorry for being so irate, but I've been asking for towels since Monday (this was on Friday).

  : The only okay thing about this property was the fact it’s located in a decent spot. Close to the strip but not cluttered with traffic.
  : It was dingey. Walking in the room was like walking into a room from a horror movie. We had to go hunt down a remote. The fridge wasn’t even plugged in so it stunk horribly. Our room door #140 didn’t lock. You could literally just turn the handle and walk in. We showed a couple of workers, one who I believe was a manager. He told us he was fully booked so he couldn’t switch us rooms. He would fix it in a couple hours bc he had other things to do. So apparently other things were more important than the safety of your customers. Mind you we had our two children with us. HE NEVER FIXED THE DOOR! So, I stayed up all night bc there were several people watching us show him the door didn’t lock.
