No special conditions apply for groups.

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 1 year old stay for US$10 per person per night when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 15 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Swimming pool #1 is closed from Mon 05 Sept 2022 until Thu 25 May 2023
Please note: the guest's credit card will be charged the total amount after 18:00 on the night of arrival. If the card declines, the reservation will be cancelled. If someone other than the guest is paying for the reservation, the cardholder must contact the accommodation and request a credit card authorization form. Without the form, the guest will be responsible for the reservation's full amount upon arrival.

Front desk services are available from 7:00 until 23:00.
