  : The location was the best part and why I chose the property. The bed was comfortable and the room was adequate at best.
  : PARKING SITUATION! I emailed twice and called PRIOR to the trip asking about parking since my adult daughter was joining us the last 2 days and needed parking for her car. I was told each time that "parking was not guaranteed but was available for $20/day per spot. When she arrived, the Main Street Station where we checked in told us that parking was $50 per night or we could drive a mile away and park in a public area for $20/night but would have to take a bus or Uber back to the resort or walk a mile in sub-zero temperatures. I messaged Vacasa using the text they sent me upon arrival, but they never replied. 2-days later on the day of checkout I texted them again stating I would include their non-reply in my comments...I received an apology for their "delay" within minutes along with the same generic message about parking not being guaranteed. With the temporary parking by the hour that she had to pay $75 along with the public parking a mile away, the total cost to park one additional car for 2 days was $115. The price for the property was ridiculous to start with, but the ski in-ski out was important to me. The property size and quality were nowhere near the price charged though. One of the beds was broken and half on the floor when we arrived in the room, but they sent maintenance to repair it quickly. There were no fire-starters for the wood-burning fireplace, or wood, both of which we had to go get ourselves. The ski closet was full of broken plastic round sleds, so very little room for our skis. The main bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The game room and movie room were enjoyed by my kids. I rent VRBOs and properties maintained by managers several times a year, and annually in ski resorts in Colorado- this one was the most expensive, the smallest, and the most disappointing. Contacting Vacasa by phone, text or email was always delayed and never provided direct answers.

  : The Clarification of Fees! Was totally surprised the cleaning fees were more than the unit! I thought it was deceitful that it was in such small print! The unit itself was nice but... Between collecting the keys, finding the unit, & parking.. . It took an extra hr.! Won't be back!
