  : Awesome apartment in a good neighborhood in Brooklyn, not far from the subway station. We loved staying here and had a really good time! The owner is super nice and will help you with anything you need! Would stay there again anytime.

  : Roman is a genial host and interesting man with a passion for art. The room was actually two spacious rooms with a very comfy bed and an effective shower. Locationally, ten minutes pleasant walk to the A train, with local shops and cafes for bagels, craft beers, coffees. We packed a lot into three days exploring some parts of the City most tourists probably don’t reach. It all worked out.

  : We loved the authenticity of the place. The decor was interesting and warm. Roman was a helpful and warm host. Only a 10 minute walk from the subway at Throop and you are in Manhatten in about 20 mins. There are plenty of shops, mostly very expensive but we found a supermarket within 10-15min walk.

  : We had a nice stay at Penthouse Brownstone. The street is nice and the neighborhood is quit. Nearby there are supermarkets. Also there are subways at 10 minutes walk. In 25 minutes you are in Manhattan. Roman the owner is very nice and helpful. He gave us a warm welcome. We stayed with 2 families totally 8 persons. When you are standing in the kitchen you can see the Freedomtower very nice! The living room is cozy and the beds in the bedroom are okay. 2 people have to sleep on the mattress on the ground. In one room there is a bunk bed. The kitchen is well equipped. Every morning we made our breakfast. Overall we are satisfied. Roman and family thanks for your hospitality!
  : Actually the penthouse is not suitable for a great group because there is only one bathroom contains also the toilet. If you are a family of 4 than it’s okay. The cleaning could be better.
