  : Front office staff was very accommodating, and friendly. The location of the hotel was good.
  : Very disappointed is the room condition. The front door has to be shut by using your shoulder.Toilet seat was was sliding back and forth like it was missing a bolt to hold it in place. The floor was dirty, very loud, we will never stay here again.

  : Room had damage upon entry. Towel rod above toilet was bent. Cigarette burns on bedsheets. Soft spots in flooring. Shower surround not caulked and badly repaired drywall continuing to rot away around the edge of the tub. Dead spider stuck to the wall above the door. PTAC filter was packed with dust, almost no airflow through the unit. A train roars by every so often and rumbles the entire place. WiFi barely loads 480p videos.

  : i kept getting an email that cancelled my reservation while i was sitting in the lobby and the manager would not help. he had me leave in the pouring down rain and did NOT give me a chance to call or check in. I ended up in the hospital with walking pneumonia
  : to honor the reservation and let me use my onekeycash rewards PLUS pay me cash to go some where else worth the $100 he was charging . the local Bellingham office had me arrested because they wanted to raise the price per night and i had a standing reservation. my family owns a few hotels and i should be staying for free but they like to take advantage of my situation and cause me to blow a gasket in hopes that i will die and they can spend the my retirement and government savings to make it look like they didnt steal money from the inheritance of my grandfather whom i love and would rather see than have him say im like the rest of my immediate family who didn't give a damn
