  : Property is too old for that kind a Price, I think is too high even it’s in front of the beach. Need renovation and just office is too dirty.

  : Great location and the room had microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. The bed was comfortable.The managers were pleasant.
  : The room was dark, not sufficient lighting. There was zero telephone reception anywhere on the property. The There was a lot of deferred maintainence.

  : The property was so functional. The owners really thought about what you need at the beach. Hooks, big closet, recliner, big table. Loved the carport for my car. Great breakfast spot out front with ocean view. Friendly staff. Right across from boardwalk and beach access. Quiet!Comfortable bed. Two sinks!Plenty of dresser storage. Microwave, paper plates, coffee cups, wine glasses. Large room. Very comfortable place to stay.
  : Hard to find plugs for phones. Sinks are old and look dirty even though they are clean. I’d stay there again.

  : Office was a mess and had bad musty smell .He told us no smoking or pets in room which we had no pets or don’t smoke. . Room was dirty carpet stains everywhere they put carpet fresh down to make room smell better carpet was filthy. Checked bed sheets there were many stains on all the sheets. Went back to office to request clean sheets he provided them but had no one to change them we had to change them ourselves. He said sheets were clean but had dryer rust. (If dryer is rusty time for a new one.)Bathtub had bathtub dirt rings around it. And bucket with dirty rags were left in closet. We will never stay here again . If we could have gotten our reservation money back we would not have stayed and went to a different hotel.

  : Location is wonderful!! The beach is right across the street. It only has 5 units so it’s nice and quiet. Manager is very nice.
  : While clean in essential areas like bathroom, sink area, beds, linens etc, the entire hotel could use a good deep scrub.

  : The receptionist was welcoming. It was very close to the beach and the environment was quiet.
  : The wall paper and amenities were very dated.

  : Was able to park right outside my room.
  : Carpet was filthy, mirrors in bathroom had stuff all over them. Blinds were ripped. Could only open one window, the windows were so dirty you could barely see out of them. And the lobby! OMG! I should have walked out and just gone home.

  : Housekeeping needs to be improved. Housekeeper not on property. Microwave was dirty and room needed to be dusted. Rooms need a little TLC
