  : The home was new and clean. Open concept and well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. It was the perfect size for our family of 4 and could have accommodated more than just the 4 of us. The photos posted online are accurate and the home really is as nice as it looks. Quite little neighborhood in beautiful hill country.
  : The WIFI username and password were incorrect on the info sheet, but once we called the help center we got that cleared up. They need to update the info sheet so a call isn’t needed. It would be nice to have better outdoor seating in the backyard. There’s a little fire pit out there but the two lawn chairs are in pretty bad shape. The beds were not very comfortable. The bunk bed the kids were in was the perfect size, full on bottom, twin on top, but the mattresses were very firm memory foam and the bunk bed was kind of flimsy feeling. It was safe but it shifted a bit when my son climbed on it and every time he moved it squeaked loudly. The king size bed in the master was also very firm memory foam but it would have been a bit more tolerable if the frame was the correct support for the mattress. With a memory foam you’re supposed to use a platform frame so it doesn’t sink in but this one was again a flimsy metal frame with wide slates instead of a platform. So it sunk in quite a bit in the middle. Made it difficult to get out of the bed. All in all though our stay was very pleasant and when we called about the bed issues the woman on the phone was very nice and helpful. If they fix these issues I’d give the place a 10! We’ve stayed at many AirBnb/Vrbo homes over the years and we definitely liked this one. We will go back next time we’re in Canyon Lake.
