  : Many employees were friendly and helpful. The room was nice, beautiful bed, but I would not rate this a five star hotel. It's a little rough around the edges. In a nice location, great breakfasts, met several returning guests who love the place. I found it frustrating in the bathroom to have so little room to put toiletries down. We were looking forward to a relaxing soak in the elegant bathtub, but it was too hard to use without any shelving whatsoever for soap or anything. I highly recommend that future guests pack their toiletries in one of those hanging pouch bags. Also, they are very supportive of people with food allergies which was very much appreciated.

  : Had after hours checkin and never actually saw any staff/manager for our entire stay. We felt it was expensive and a bit impersonal. Breakfast was served by a lovely woman, as was tea, but we never felt like it was a managed hotel in the sense that many other places we've stayed have been for the price we paid. It was a just a very impersonal experience.
