  : Under the bed it had tiles. Bathroom had a soap on the floor. The toster handle was broken. The Television didn't work. The parking is complicated some people takes 2 parking.

  : The property was close to beach. The property manager was easy to reach and attended to our concerns in a timely manner.
  : The view from the room was mostly of a parking facility and unkempt area behind the building. The hot water faucet on the bathroom sink didn't work. It was impossible to open . Water ran from the ceiling above the refrigerator onto the floor and pooled on the floor. The hot water in the bathroom shower didn't work until we called the property manager who sent a plumber to fix the problem. The property is very dated and I am surprised to see that overall it has received such a high rating. I've stayed at numerous locations, through Bookings, and this was the most inaccurate rating I've experienced.

  : fantastic location- 2 pools and a beach right off the lobby ! very clean . super clean and spacious pools .

  : Great location to food shopping and the beach. We felt very safe on our property and the Isla Versa area.
  : The Condo ran out of water one day and the local residents really don’t like the renters.
