A damage deposit of USD 100 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
The property does have free assigned parking, room safe, free WiFi and free Cable.

When booking this unit, you must agree to the properties Terms and Conditions which will be sent to you by the property.

Minimum age is 25 years old.

Please note that guest(s) are required to sign a lease agreement and provide a photo ID.

Payment of the rental and fees are required 30 days prior arrival date.

In within a week prior arrival date or earlier, we will e-mail you a code to enter the property. The code is good ONLY at or after 2:00 PM on the arrival date and expires at 11:00 AM on departure date. The code will not work prior that time. You must register at the front desk of the hotel to get the key for the common areas.

If you rent a car, please ask for the parking hang tag at the front desk and park in parking space 1562.

Cancellation policy is 30 days in advanced with full refund.

You will receive additional instructions and tourist information with the code by e-mail.

Minimum stay from December 15 to January 10 is 14 consecutive nights.

Amount of people allowed staying: 3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children.

We do not allow parties or use of the property for illegal activities. Illegal activities result in forfeited damage deposit.
