: Obtaining the room key was easy. parking in the back of the Inn was nice. good location
: We tried to reach out to the staff after the visit. no answer a couple of times and their answering message said "we will not return messages". Modern business should have modern communications.

: We liked that the location to downtown and the Shakespeare Festival was within 5 minutes of walking. Plenty of parking in the back or on street. Pretty yard and lots of antiques in the house to admire. Large sitting room and breakfast room and an amazing library. Scott was there when we arrived and showed us to our room and gave us information about restaurants and the Shakespeare Festival. Our Room was large and filled with more antiques, in a mostly Shakespearean theme. It was hot weather when we were there, so the extra A/C unit in the window helped keep our room cooler. Breakfast was really good the first morning (coffee, egg casserole, ham, granola, fresh fruit) and on the day we had to leave early, Barbara had set aside some fruit, yogurt and granola for us to take on the road.
: Nothing really. Maybe the shower head in the Master bath could be replaced (it makes a high pitched noise and it doesn't work all that well). The bed was a little soft for our liking, but that's just a preference.

: Big Yellow Inn has astonishing decorations. You can clearly see how the owners are taking care of every single detail. The breakfast was very good, had both sweet and salty options available. The suite on the top floor was spacious with 2 double beds and 1 single. Late check in was possible.
: The breakfast started rather late, at 8:30 am, which is a bit late for the travellers.
