  : This was a lovely home with nice new furnishings - it was as nice or nicer than what the pictures show (which is always a nice surprise with rental homes). The king-sized bed was the most comfortable bed that I've ever slept in, in a rental home. Multiple outdoor seating areas provide lots of options for outdoor socializing or relaxing (roof deck, balcony, front yard). The home was well located an easy walk to King Street and the sites of historic Charleston. There's a tasty pizza restaurant less than a block away and a delicious bakery/coffee shop (Brown's Court Bakery) about 1.5 blocks away.
  : There was a housekeeping issue involving the pull-out mattress that made that bed unusable our first night. The bed was replaced the next day - but it created some stress at bedtime our first night. The owner was responsive, but by the time we discovered the issue, it was late in the evening and the problem couldn't be solved until the next day. If it weren't for this issue I would have rated this home a 10.
