  : To Whom It May Concern,I am writing to express my extreme distress and disappointment regarding the unacceptable conditions my family and I experienced during our stay. After a grueling nine-hour drive for a business trip, we were looking forward to a restful night. However, the following morning, we discovered an infestation of ants in our room. Ants were crawling up the walls, and four were killed while we were in bed. Throughout the night, I felt something crawling on me and, upon inspection, realized it was ants.I immediately informed the front desk of the issue. However, I was told that the system was down and that nothing could be done until the shift change. Housekeeping should have come to the room immediately to address the infestation, but instead, we were forced to remain in our room with the ants.This situation has caused significant anxiety for myself and my family. We were unable to rest throughout the night, and now we are left feeling things crawling on us even when there is nothing there. This experience has been mentally exhausting and entirely unacceptable.I am requesting a room change immediately. Additionally, I expect to be compensated for two days of our stay, as we have been forced to endure these appalling conditions. The ants have also infested our clothes, and we need to wash them before departing. Therefore, I am requesting that our laundry services at the hotel be provided free of charge.Not to mention we traveled home with ants in our luggage Sincerely,Camillah

  : Well, we usually leave to have breakfast, be nice if you had a breakfast included, instead of having to buy it

  : The rooms were spacious and comfortable
  : My tag/ plate was stolen off my car. There is plenty of lightning but not a lot of cameras on the outside. The hotel staff was very helpful during this stressful time.

  : We first got there our room wasn’t ready. The room they put us in, had a lot of ants and the sheet was dirty and the second room had ants too. No ice machine & they didn’t have hot breakfast.

  : The hallway was very hot. The elevator was out off and on during my stay. I waited over 45 minutes for a cart to put my luggage on. They said it was more than one but I only saw 1 the whole time I was there.
