  : The room smelled like it was cleaned with a dirty rag. The smell of mildew was overpowering. The side bed has a metal rod sticking out. I had to move the table in front of the side so that no one gets hurt with the long metal rod that was sticking out of the sofa. The valet to check out was horrible. There was only one person working. Although he did his best to handle the large amount of guests leaving, it took over 30 minutes to for valet to get my car. If check out is at 12pm, the hotel should be adequately staffed to handle the crowd at valet. It’s very disappointing that the pool is out of service indefinitely. With the amount of money the hotel charges, all amenities should be available.
  : No pool, no microwave in the room, room smelled, room not clean. There were hair ties on the floor which proves the floors were not thoroughly cleaned. Additionally, the glass bathroom door was dirty. Check out is at 12pm, but housekeeping kept knocking on the door for us to leave. They came at 10:30, an and 11:30am. I informed them we will be leaving at 12 pm and she said she would be back then to clean, but different housekeeping staff kept coming back. We were not able to relax with the constant interruptions.
