  : The location and layout of the room.
  : The parking lot is small and the spaces are too tight. The kitchen's floor needed to be swept and/or mopped. It appeared to be food stuck to it .The refrigerator needed to be wiped down. There were too many fingerprints. It gave the appearance of not being clean/sanitary. The room also smelled odd the entire time. Likely because of the lack of cleaning supplies used. My thought is that the room was just replenished, not cleaned. It wasn't 'dirty', it just wasn't fresh . It wasn't at the level of cleanliness I've come to expect from Residence Inn. I typically choose Residence Inn because they are usually very clean with no sign of the previous guest. It was also very loud because they were the host hotel for a family reunion. Lots of room doors slamming and bumping around. It reminded me of apartment living. It was a holiday weekend and so...it is what it is. It wasn't too horrible. My vacation wasn't ruined.

  : Breakfast was horrible.
  : The pool was closed. Our room was not cleaned. We were not provided with clean towels and was placed on a list of rooms that needed towels, but we never received them.

  : The area was nice and convenient for our stay, it was secluded and quiet enough with plenty of stuff within a mile distance.
  : The pool was extremely dirty at the time, it was dirty and it looked like there was someone’s dead skin that kept floating to us, almost like someone did a foot mask or shed snake skin. And there wasn’t any towels, when I had gone up to the front desk to ask for towels, they had said that someone would bring some but they never did when we were there the next 20 minutes.

  : Housekeeping did not show up once during our 9 day stay. We called several times to the front desk asking for housekeeping to come while we were out and we were told that housekeeping doesn’t have a set schedule.

  : The tv needs to be replaced in the room I thought it was a sliding door in the bathroom..and the air condition never turned off...
