Apartment living 2 bed and bath

  : It was a comfy apartment. Very close to the reserved parking spot. Centrally located and easy to get out and explore.
  : Needs more pillows on the beds and a couple of Blankets/quits if someone needed extra cover. The kitchen only had one fork but plenty of sooons and knifes. The cleaning crew could do a better job. There was dust bunnies on the door frames and wall in the hallway. The sofa cushions needed to be taken off and cleaned underneath. Found food (bagels) left by the last tenant in the kitchen cabinet.

  : Location was great. Size of the place was perfect.
  : The shower for the bathroom in the hallway didn't have hot water. We also found some bugs on the oven while cooking a couple nights.

  : The location was great. it was close to downtown Chattanooga and the Lookout Mt. area. Near many restaurants and shopping areas.
  : The sliding glass door was not locked when we arrived and the door was heavy, old, and off the track. The door clearly didnt close properly so it couldnt be locked. The street noise could be heard the entire stay with loud vehicle la driving past at all hours. The shower heads are about 5 feet from the shower floor making it extremely difficult to shower and wash your hair simultaneously. There were not any shower/bath mats and the curtains were cloth making it difficult to keep water in the tub and the floors were extremely slippery. The fridge did not have a handle-it was broken and located in the drawer. There are not ceiling lights in the bedrooms and the switches did not turn on the lamps. The living room and dining area shared dim lighting making it difficult to light the rooms at night. The beds each had one thin blanket on them making it necessary to turn up the heat to stay warm at night. Day one we were awoken to the complex fire alarms being set off and the fire department arriving. Day two we were awoken to the pest control (we had a heads up they would be coming) they arrived at 9am and sprayed chemicals while we were inside the apartment. That evening we had roaches coming in under the front door. We left a day early as we were able to live with the shower/fridge/lights/outside noise, but roaches sealed the deal.

  : The apartment on the outside doesnt look like much, but the moment you get inside you realize how nice the stay is going to be. The beds were comfortable and the space was just overall warm and welcoming. The kitchen was very accessible with tools and kitchenware included. I greatly appreciated the patience the property owners had with us on the first day. Overall I did greatly enjoyed my stay and wish I had booked a longer one.
  : The property owners are hard to converse with, I feel my own confusion just confused them more and unfortunately booking isnt specific with some labels on your bank statements. I had difficulty getting my security deposit back because it was labeled as "damage waiver" on my bank. I was confused by this and even asked bookings customer support for help. They reassured me it be refunded, but the property owners told me the opposite. I think somethings between the customer and the host needs to be less complicated so these confusions arent created in the future. Damage waiver does mean the same as a security deposit regardless of what the property owners claim. It lead to many frustrations, but it worked out in the end so I cant be too irritated by this. Other than that, i had no other issues.
