  : Room was spacious. The 2 ladies that checked us in were so nice!!!
  : The desk clerk, Debbie, was so rude and she's a racist. My daughter is biracial and when she went to get breakfast, Debbie followed her around like my daughter was going to steal all the food. My daughter accidentally spilled juice and she didn't realize it, one it was so rudely pointed out, she offered to clean it up and Debbie declined her offer in a very rude manner. My daughter came back to the room in tears! When my daughter was leaving the office, 2 young men td my daughter that Debbie is rude to everyone. I tried to speak to the manager but she lied to me about who she was and wouldn't speak with me. These people don't belong in the hospitality industry as they were unprofessional and rude! I wouldn't recommend this place to a dog!!@

  : Cafe was watered down and didn't even have the basic.
  : Came to vacation and found out the rooms are filled with mold, garbage and non_smoking rooms stink of cigarette and bed sheets are full of holes and dirty sheets.Requested a clean room and spent an entire day trying to work with the staff, the main hotel and booking.com and no one gave me a solution. It's disappointing in every way possible. Just hope i get a full refund, because at the end i had to book with a different hotel for safety and health reasons.

  : The first room I got the smell like urine and feces in the bathroom the second room we were moved the sink was clogged out with food , It was a disaster also debris of pallets outside with nails dirty parking lot and people smoking marijuana. I had to move out and pay another motel next door.

  : Everything, it was awful. We had 2 rooms. 1 was moldy with moldy blankets, and someone's fingernails on the floor, the blankets had giant burn holes, urine on the bathroom walls. Smelled of mold extremely bad. The latch lock was half broken off, completely sketchy people in and around the rooms, we were followed by someone on the walkway above as we walked to the front desk office and back, people who were clearly on drugs just sitting everywhere. Our other room actually had someone who was not even registered inside, playing on their phone in the dark. Which is why we did not even try to stay, if someone was inside 1 room not even registered, God knows how they got in, who knows what could've happened when the lock was broken on the other room. Absolutely unsafe.I was not letting my kids sleep on a bed with moldy blankets and the 100% possible chance of someone entering our room while we slept. The office lady was extremely rude and dismissive, did not offer any help or solutions. She was completely mean. We left and were still charged full price for both rooms when we didn't even stay. I've tried to contact someone from the email on the papers we were given, no response, so I'm trying to contact someone by the corporate email. I'm definitely not happy about this.

  : Not clean at all, mold in the shower, poor repairs or damage in the room, parking and door to room are behind a strip mall. Didn’t feel safe
