When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 17 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
No cots are available.
No extra beds are available.

A damage deposit of USD 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Guests must be at least 21 years or older to check-in.

Busses and large trailers cannot be accommodated. One parking space is provided per room. Additional parking spaces must be reserved with the property in advance.


All guests must provide a valid government issued ID as well as a chip enabled credit or debit card with the same name that was used for the booking upon check in. All pre paid reservations have a 50 dollar security deposit added at check in and released upon check out if there are no issues. All reservations are authorized for one night plus tax prior to arrival
