  : It was a beautiful location and very clean
  : They gave me trouble with charging my card, only for the issue to be that they wrote my card number down incorrectly. Instead of never double checking themselves, they continued to blame me. Lastly, when I arrived at the airbnb, I had to stand in the hallway because they did not change the locks on the door before my arrival time.

  : The property had very comfortable beds and great views.
  : We didn’t find it clean. The kitchen was the worse. There were stains on the cabinets from filthy fingers and old food stains in over and range. In addition the communication style after we made the reservation and the screening that was done was rude and at no point inviting to want to reschedule with this management company. There was communication like “ here are the rules, if you plan on not following them, don’t book”. Then they wanted to know more about me so they could share with the neighbors? I had only booked for a couple days!?No respect of privacy. They wanted selfies of me, selfies of me holding my ID...I would not want to deal with them again. Lastly their instructions on how to access the building were not correct. There were no keys on the counter -they were at the reception- and the parking garage fab didn’t work so we had to go from the outside of the building to move all of our belongings.
