  : Nothing because we called and text everyday for Wifi, clogged sink and a microwave. So we had to go to my daughter's apartment for Wifi and to watch TV.
  : If you are brown or black do not stay at this location. We were racially profiled when we booked this location. Despite the fact that we had two law enforcement officers, registered nurse, and a business owner. Once we sent a photo ID of how we looked, our treatment worsened. We were in town because our daughter was graduating with her Master degree. I even sent proof of that because this company wanted to know why we were in town. That still did not work. The representative was extremely rude when i called on the day we were to travel. Although I had made the reservation five days prior, she told me that they were still reviewing my reservation. I explained to her that i have a mother who is a Senior citizen with a handicap and we needed to know because we would be in Chicago soon and she refused to help me. I asked her for her name and she refused to give it to me. My daughter is resident of Hyde park. She contacted this lady and explained to her that she lives in Hyde park and wanted to find out what the issue was. When my daughter offered to come to their office in person, then she changed her tune. However, we still wanted several hours before we got the instructions regarding obtaining keys for this location. The description of this property claimed they had Wifi, microwave, washer and dryer. It did not have any of these. We called and text everyday all day long asking for WiFi and a microwave. They assured us everyday that the Wifi would be fixed and microwave was going to be delivered. However, they never came. In addition, there was a clogged sink in the bathroom and we were told the maintenance team would come and they never did. There was also a bug infestation and they were entering through a hole in the ceiling. We have pictures and text communications to prove with we are saying in this review. There was a Caucasian couple who made reservation like we did. They did not have to go through the extreme process like us.
