  : It was smack under the busiest rail line in town !! And it was completely overwhelming at times. There is NO dishwasher in this unit !! And there is NO laundry in this unit. I didnt even stay The property managers are slum lords thats apparent when u walk in the place and look at paint and the floors. And the bedding ! Make up on the pillows and they dont have top sheets i was informed !! They still owe me money for making me stay in a room that wasnt clean and promised housekeeping. But told me late at night that they were out of town and that i could just go get my own … mess

  : the property courtyard was super nice . the landscaping and courtyard was clean and full of plants
  : it literally is right under the CTA tracks ! every. 5-10 min a very loud train rumbles over sometimes 2 at a time this isnt in the ad when u book it ! also if just a tiny bit of effort was put toward cleaning the place it would be great. the bathroom and kitchen are just gross and if you dont care to clean thoroughly then atleast tile the thing so it can easily be hosed out.

  : I didn’t realize nor was it disclosed that this property, right outside the window is the CTA Train and every 12 min or so I train was going by. I literally got zero sleep. Also I had to take the shower curtains down and put them over the windows like they were curtains bc if you were walking by you could see right into the unit.

  : Everything, loud loud loud, no dishwasher washed or dryer like they promised in ad, slum lord bathroom, walls and door jams have been painted over 1000 times to try and cover mold and dry rot. Had to leave and stay somewhere else. Then they wouldn't refund my full amount.
