  : The venetian blinds in the bedroom are for privacy only. They did almost nothing to block out the very bright sun at 7:00am. The host called and texted me at 11pm a few nights before and asked me to text copies of my drivers license and CC. Very sketchy.

  : An unusual juxtaposition of: very thoroughly cleaned space, nice bed, upscale kitchen but with only two functional switches for overhead light- just the kitchen and bathroom. bedroom, living room had switches that were broken or completely missing- very odd.
  : 1. we were in a hurry to check in, as we were attempting to move from a rodent-infested airbnb. After filling out a form and paying for a non-refundable multi-night stay, I had to provide photos of my ID and credit card in an ordeal that made me nervous about identity theft; in short, I am not sure what service bookingdotcom offered other than advertising the listing. 2. Upon arrival, it was clear this is a multi unit building with over 20 apartments for long/short term rent, and with at least 3 different management companies 3. After inquiring on the first night about a late check-out ( 12:00 instead of 11:00) I was told to “check back” on our eve of departure. Upon doing this, I was then told, “We do not have late check out” unless I wanted to book an additional night. Though I certainly understand their policy is what it is, I am not sure why the management couldn’t have simply communicated this to me when I’d first asked, instead of leaving me hanging as though there was a possibility. 4. Heat is provided via radiators, which are cold during the day until maybe 7:00pm. 5. Though I dis not feel unsafe, both gate and front door of our building were open multiple times. 6.No I would not stay here again, and this experience has frankly soured my previous good experiences with booking.cm. I suspect their policies and methods have changed, and I no longer trust their service.
