  : The location was perfect ( very close to where we visited during Xmas ) , - I used to live close by before I moved to Michigan about 25 years ago, so I was very familiar with the surrounding area. The room(s) were exactly what I wanted -2 spacious, adjoining ones- the additional one was for my 2 teens) It was a very pleasant stay, with no problems or complaints. I will stay here again.
  : The view from our room of the vacant lot - which I remember, used to be where the side by side motel rooms were located, when this Hotel used to be called Imperial House

  : Beds were comfortable. Staff very friendly, polite and helpful. After 2nd request to fix shower chair in handicapped bathroom shower, the staff put a shower chair in the shower.
  : Handicapped bathroom shower seat had 3 screws out of 6 that were visibly loose and the seat was unstable. I asked at front desk to have maintenance fix. Later the front desk said it was repaired; however, it was not as two screws were still visibly not tightened. After second request, staff put a shower chair in the shower stall. Breakfast was monotonous and not appetizing. Coffee was fair. For the price per night the food quality ought to have been better. Our bathroom floor was dirty and not cleaned our entire 3 day stay. We had only left dirty towels on floor. On Saturday the dirty towels were removed but we were not given clean towels and had to ask front desk for clean towels. The trash was not emptied our entire stay. We did not have a Do Not Disturb sign on our door as our room did not have a sign to use.

  : Breakfast was good, probably the highlight of the place, with plenty of options (including an automatic pancake maker!). The hotel was located across the street from a plaza that included a grocery store, and the room had a microwave and mini-fridge, so we were able to get inexpensive food and save and reheat leftovers. The beds were quite comfortable, the room was spacious, and the Wi-Fi was solid.
  : The shelf the microwave was on was sagging: not sure how much longer it will hold on. The fridge was malfunctioning and would not turn off, making it a mini-freezer. The tiles in both elevators were cracked throughout. The attitude of the staff members was only "meh." On our last morning there, our exchange daughter showed us itchy bite marks on her legs that had started appearing (and increasing) at the beginning of our stay. We scoured her bed for any other evidence of bed bugs and found none, but we're treating our luggage as contaminated just in case.
